Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns for exchange or store credit (only) within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased your order.  We will offer an exchange if the item and size needed are still in stock, if not, store credit will be given.

Items MUST have tags attached, may not be washed or worn, and cannot have any damage.  Items that come in a package must be returned with the package intact and not damaged so that it can be placed on the sales floor once returned.

All items 20% off or higher cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.

All earrings are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

You MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving your item that you will be sending an item back and it must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then you will be emailed a digital merchandise credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking available for it.
